I was so happy with my experience with Dr. Lee and his staff when they made an oral appliance for me to wear at night, I made an appointment and went in for routine care. I'm very glad I did. They took full x-rays, then Dr. Lee reviewed them. Next, he examined my mouth and under my tongue. He found two things that need attention, one of which I knew about already but wasn't a pressing issue. My cleaning was very thorough, which I need every time because of gum and teeth issues. I greatly appreciate how thorough and professional Dr. Lee and his staff are. Also, they are very nice.

Over the past three years, I have suffered from sleep apnea. In spite of trying all kinds of masks, I was constantly at war with them. I felt as if I were suffocating. Dr. Lee has been my dentist for over 5 years now and I've been very pleased. He has handled cavities, crowns and keeps an eye on pending problems. I always feel as though he has my best interests and health in mind. I appreciate his honesty and advice. His calm demeanor is extremely helpful to put you at ease. Alicia the hygienist is extremely friendly and kindly gives nice tips on brushing and flossing. I like that she communicates what she's doing periodically throughout the process. It relieves a lot of anxiety. Sonia who works in the front office makes a point to be welcoming and provides excellent customer service. She is the kind of person who works very hard do that the customers process. One of the best things about this office is that I never feel like a number. They care about you and your family and make a point of connecting with you.

I had an issue with a cavity under an old crown and partially under the gum line. First, let me say Dr. Lee has instituted the most stringent Covid-19 procedures possible. He also has the latest and best equipment. Numbing the area was virtually painless. Dr. Lee kept me informed of everything he was doing and what to expect. I never had any discomfort at all - and two weeks later, voila! the new perfectly matched permanent crown was in! My most recent visit to Dr. Lee was a followup. He fit me for oral devices that replace using a c-pap machine for sleep apnea. He made a necessary minor adjustment that has worked very well for me. The doctor is very professional, explains the technology expertly and is very thorough. I would highly recommend him. Also my wife and I will be using his regular dental services in the near future.

Dr. Lee is amazingly kind and gentle! He is hands-down one of the best medical doctors I have seen in my life. He noticed immediately that there was a problem with a root-canal and sent me with the appropriate doctor. Dr's Lee and Riley are amazing. My bite was way out of alignment after having a car accident and subsequent spine surgery to replace two of my cervical discs a couple years ago. They made a mouth appliance for me which is helping to correct my alignment. After less than two months of wearing the appliance my bite is almost back to normal! They are truly honest, caring, and straight-forward professionals. I highly recommend them.

Also, his team, from the assistant to the hygienist, also seem to share the same work ethic in providing great, comprehensive service. The positive vibe of the office makes it all the more comfortable. In addition, Dr. Lee has an background in helping treat sleep issues, so I had him analyze my bite and look at my night guards. I was blown away by his knowledge of sleep issues related to oral "posture". I guess if I've always just assumed if you don't snore, then you don't have any sleep issues. Highly recommended!

Dr. Gannon Lee is the Best!!! He does just what needs to be done, and doesn't do more than what is necessary. Dr. Lee always tells you what he is doing before doing it. I Love that about him! He is so caring, gentle, and really listens. I feel safe when he is working on my teeth. That is the Best Feeling you can have in a Dental Office. Thank You Dr Lee!!!

I love Dr. Lee and how caring he is. In fact I followed him from San Diego county to Orange County. I flossed more and brushed more! He is the only dentist I know that offers cell phone number to patients and follows up with a call to see how the patient is feeling. Five stars in my book.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee's since he took over the practice from Dr. Taylor who was very highly rated and retired. Dr. Lee has proven to be more than qualified as a dental expert, and I would encourage anyone looking for a quality dentist to consider Dr. Lee. If you want the best, Dr. Lee has to be on your short list! He has great technique, "bedside manner" and the results show. I am pleased with the service I get from Dr. Lee and his staff. p.s. I absolutely hate going to the dentist office. Many people can relate. They're always trying to upsell you for things you were never aware of. Everything they touch hurts you because they don't care. I have a high pain tolerance but sometimes it's just not ok. My husband and I went to Dr. Lee's office not to long ago. First of all, they were so accomodating to have our times back to back so that really helped us save on a lot of back and forth. Then we were introduced to Dr. Lee. He let us know that we would be meeting with his hygenist and that after we have done an xray and some cleaning, we would be seen by him to take some pictures and overall review. Growing up with cavities my whole life, I was expecting lots of mumbo jumbo about how I needed to do this procedure and that procedure. It wasn't like that at all. After the hygenist did my x-rays, she proceeded to give me a cleaning. I'm a bleeder and hate this part but she was so gentle!!! I was stoked. I told her that I would set up my next appt right away so I could get cleaned in 6 mos. (I'm usually a once a year or two years girl, I know, it's gross, but it usually hurts). After Dr. Gannon met me and took pictures of possible problem areas in the future and EXPLAINED WHY I would need it. It makes sense when someone is showing you visual evidence of what may need to be fixed. I let him know that I was looking forward to seeing him in 6mos. Honestly, it is HARD TO FIND good dentist that care and that are upfront and prepare you with expectations for your next trip. I am looking forward to my cleaning in 6 mos.

Dr Lee takes his time to work on you and explain each processes instead of trying to rush through just to get the work done (like prior dentist experiences I had). He is a conservative dentist that tries to preserve your existing teeth and don't try to sell you this and that. The hygienist, Marie, is also amazing. Don't really even feel the teeth being cleaned and feel relaxed.

Dr. Lee is not only a great dentist he is a wonderful person and makes you feel very comfortable, because going to the dentist can be a scary thing. He is very professional but at the same time very warm and very good about explaining things so you don't get so nervous.......His staff is also very nice and Marie his hygienist is excellent !! Everyone hates the dentist but I have to say I actually enjoyed my experience here. I had a great experience at my previous dentist but had to switch because I moved. Dr. Lee came highly recommended and I have to say I was very impressed. The office is very clean and efficient. You don't have to wait around after you arrive on time. If they schedule you at 10:15 am, you are on the chair at 10:16 am unlike other dentists who try to cram as many patients as they can in a single day. I really appreciate the fact that they see their patients according to their schedule appointment. Dr. Lee and the staff are very knowledgeable and have a sense of pride when they are working unlike other dentists who seem to just go through the daily routine. They explain each process of the visit and communicate very well with you what needs to be done and they educate you on how you can improve your dental health. If you're unhappy with your dentist or are in search of one in the area, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lee and his staff. It will make you want to go into the dentist and improve your dental health.

When I chipped my front tooth early in May, I thought that the chip was small enough that I'd just get used to it. I hate going to the doctor or dentist, unless its for my scheduled bi-annual teeth cleaning. After trying to ignore the chip for several weeks, I felt that the chip was either increasing in size or it was just bothering me more and more each day. My speech was being affected on some words, too. I decided to call my dentist during the week before Memorial Day so that I could do whatever necessary to get the chip repaired. I feared the worst. What I didn't expect was that my dentist was on vacation that week! After mentioning my "plight" to my coworkers that day, one of them highly recommended Dr. Gannon Lee in nearby Mission Viejo. She said that he always talks to each member of her family on a down to earth level, calmly explaining procedures and options when necessary. Since my only other option was to wait another week and hope that my dentist could squeeze me in before June, I called Dr. Lee. He was able to see me the next afternoon...at the end of his busy day of current patients. I left that next afternoon not only extremely satisfied, but also amazed that my smile actually looks better now than before the chip. Dr. Lee was calm, patient, and knowledgable. I was really impressed by how politely he spoke to his front desk receptionist and his assistant, even when they needed his help for clarification - and this was past normal business hours had ended, so I'm sure he had a long day. A very kind guy. He even pointed out that my teeth were showing signs of wear at night, possibly from stress. I'm going to look into getting a nightguard now. To solve my chip issue, Dr. Lee took photos of my teeth and projected them onto the monitor at eye level. I got to see a clear, large image of my 2 front teeth. He then explained my options, we decided to grind them down little by little, and I got to hold a mirror to decide when my 2 front teeth matched. I was thrilled. So thrilled, that I asked to take a before and after photo of my teeth to show my friends, family, and coworkers. Dr. Lee understands how customer service works. His knowledge, patience, and modesty would make any patient feel that they're making the right choice by sitting in his office. I highly recommend!

Great experience. The office is easy to find, plenty of parking. Minimal wait time. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and waited less than 5 minutes. Dr. Lee made me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and recommended ways to keep my teeth healthy to avoid dental problems in the future. Marie did my cleaning. She was gentle, and my teeth felt nice and clean afterwards. I also like having the option of getting appointment reminders by text, very convenient.

Dr. Lee and staff are wonderful and caring and definitely take their time being detailed with the work. Dr. Lee is a conservative dentist that tries to preserve your teeth as much as possible. Marie, hygienist is also awesome. I don't even realize she is cleaning my teeth! It's a mini-spa treatment for me being a mom of a baby, who doesn't get that "time to myself".

I moved from Massachusetts about two years ago where I had (what I considered to be at the time) above average dental care. I didn't do much research before selecting Dr. Lee here in San Diego but boy am I glad that I stumbled upon him and his practice! I have already seen Dr. Lee for a few cleanings and one filling in San Diego and I could not be happier. I have never EVER bragged about a dentist before but have just been so caught off guard by the level of Dr. Lee's care and expertise that I couldn't resist writing a positive review. Even though I have only seen Dr. Lee three times, I literally have three dozen great stories and examples of the stellar care and experience that I've received with each visit. Here's a few of them: - Dr. Lee is young and clearly on top of the latest technology and best practices in the field. - His office staff is very personal, knowledgeable and professional ...you really feel like you're in the company of professionals who care! - Dr. Lee utilizes impressive computer technology and tools to inform his work. He uses cool little tools like mini-cameras to show you spots on your teeth or places in your mouth that he'd like you to be more aware of. - Dr. Lee is careful, considerate and so obviously interested in making sure your teeth are given the best care both from his office and after you leave. (I've finally gotten into the habit of flossing at least once a day...no exceptions!) - I arrived 15 mins early for a filling one day (before the office actually opened) because I wanted to get into work as early as possible and Dr. Lee graciously checked me in himself and got started on work. - Despite the somewhat odd location in a 7-11 plaza, his office is extremely convenient. Don't be fooled by the less than visually stunning exterior! Inside the office, Dr. Lee has a beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable facility with state-of-the-art technology to take care of your dental health. - The office has a great system for confirming appointments so that you don't forget and they're not badgering you either. - They take care of all of your insurance issues so you're not left needing to pick up the phone to fight with insurance companies! A million thanks for this one! All in all, I'm truly appreciative and grateful for the fantastic dental care I've received from Dr. Lee. I'm just afraid of losing a dentist like this one day when he or I decides to move!
